  • 1980: graduated & obtained a mining engineering degree from The South Dakota  School of Mines Technology

  • Was Vice President of two national brokerage firms over his successful 20 year career in investment business

  • 2000:  started private consulting business

  • Consulted as Project Engineer in Canada, the US, China and Africa

  • 1990 on: President of Marhope Systems Inc., provides management/consulting  services to public & private sectors

  • 1991: founding Director of Canada-Eurasia-Russia Business Association as well as  founder and chairman of its Mining & Northern Development Committees

  • Ms. Masters has over 13 years of financial and operational experience in the investment industry, overseeing financial functions of public companies in Canada and private companies with capitalization of over EUR 100 million internationally (US, Jersey, Cyprus, Eastern Europe).

  • Presently serving as the CFO JJR Capital Corp., a private equity merchant bank based in Toronto.

  • Ms. Masters also acted as the CFO of Sino Vanadium Inc. TSX: SVX, 2009-2010, and corporate controller for CD Capital Partners, 2008-2009, JJR II Acquisition Inc. TSX: JJR. P (also served as Director) 2007-2009; JJR IV Acquisition Inc. TSX: JJV.P 2007-2010, SSQ Acquisition Inc. (TSX: CWG) 2006-2007

Ms. Masters is a CGA, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, June 2001, Kemerovo State University, Russia and a B.A. degree in Financial Management, June 1997.
