KCMP Inventory

The following inventory list details the fixed assets included in the recent Stans Energy Corporation’s 100% purchase of the Kyrgyz Chemical Metallurgical Plant (KCMP) Rare Earth (RE) processing complex announced on January 31st, 2011. http://www.stansenergy.com/press-releases/stans-energy-corp-acquires-heavy-rare-earth-processing-facility-and-rail-terminal. An inventory list of the purchased equipment from Plant 4 has not yet been recieved, and will be posted at a later date.
In addition to these inventory assets, Stans’ purchase also included the a private rail terminal. The total purchase price for the buildings, inventory and rail terminal was $5,500,000 USD.
