KCMP Shareholders Approve Deal Structure for Stans Energy Corp to Acquire 100% of KCMP’s HREE Processing Complex

On February 18, 2011, the shareholders of the Kyrgyz Chemical Metallurgical Plant (KCMP) held their annual general meeting, and officially voted in favour of the deal structure to complete the previously announced transaction between KMCP and Stans Energy Corp (See Stans’ press release January 13, 2011) for Stans to buy 100% KCMP’s Heavy Rare Earth Processing Complex, and private Rail Terminal for $5,500,000 USD. The legal process to finalize this transaction can now be initiated.
